Commercial use here refers to cases in which the illustration is directly used to earn money, such as for merchandise, as a bonus for paid content (ex, FANBOX, Patreon, etc.), or for sales promotion of products.
Use of the images as thumbnails for videos and live streaming on monetization channels, illustrations for singing cover videos, etc, does not count as commercial use.
Terms of service
- Payment be paid in full after submission of the first rough sketch via PayPal.
- The finished artwork will be published on my site, my X(Twitter), and my other social media as my portfolio.
- Commercial use is subject to additional cost.
- Please contact me in advance if you intend to use artwork for purposes other than those you have informed me.
- The artist owns full rights to the artwork, unless there is separate agreement.
- Revisions are limited 2 times in each process. Major changes may incur a additional cost.
- Delivery will be made by Google Drive unless otherwise specified.
- Turnaround time may 1-2 month for illustrations and 2.5-3.5 months for Live2D models depending on the commission status and schedule.
- My english is not very good. I am using a machine translation. I would appreciate your understanding.
- Basically, I don’t accept commissions for head shot. Head shot commission is included in bust up commission.
- I do not accept Furry, NSFW, males character,Fanfic.
- Currently, the model for IRIAM is not supported.
- Currently, VBridger is not supported.
- There are no refunds.
- Unintegrated PSD files and Live2D cmo3 files are not basically provided. If necessary by the company, please contact me.
- Requests may be declined depending on the contents of the commission.
- The details of the contact will not be disclosed to outside parties regardless of the conclusion of the transaction. (Except for the release of artwork after the transaction is completed.)
